The best morning smoothie

For me, smoothies are the best and easiest way to get the most nutrients into my body. Using nutrient rich foods like kale can give you just what you need to concur the day. Today I whipped up a banana kale peanut butter smoothie. Simple, easy and healthy, what more could a gal want?

INGREDIENTS:

  1. One banana
  2. A handful of frozen black kale
  3. One tablespoon of peanut butter
  4. 1 cup of almond milk
  5. Amazing Grass Protein Superfood
